Withambrook estates is a new estate agent based in Grantham established in 2020. Directors James and Chris decided that they needed their own estate agents to sit alongside their sister companies JRL Brickwork and Trademark property development. JRL is a national brickwork contractor that has achieved steady growth working alongside the uk’s major house builders and some of our most prestige local builders. Trademark is a one-off house builder and property development company working in and around the Grantham area. 
Both companies have seen great success over the last few years and hopefully the success will continue with Withambrook estates.
The idea of the estate agents came about to sell their own houses that they are building. They have all the right contacts and knowledge of the housing industry to know what needs to be done to get the best out of your house.
